Covid-19 Protocols Update (as of 12/8/22): Because of the recent sharp rise in COVID, flu, and RSV cases in Los Angeles County, and in accordance with our ongoing policy of common-sense risk reduction to protect the most vulnerable, All Saints Church is returning to requiring masks for all indoor gatherings. We will re-evaluate masking protocols in early January. 
Sunday, January 15, 2023 is our celebration of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Mark Chase preaches at 7:30 a.m. in the Chapel. At 10:00 a.m. in the main church, the Rev. Najuma Smith-Pollard preaches. Canterbury Choir and Rhythm Section offer music. (Najuma Smith-Pollard is the Founding Pastor of Word of Encouragement Church and Program Manager of the USC Cecil Murray Center for Community Engagement (https://theguibordcenter.org/najuma-smith-pollard/).
A Reminder: Rose Bowl Half-Marathon & 5K is on January 15
The Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K will begin just outside the Rose Bowl Stadium at 7:00 a.m. and will entail street closures throughout Pasadena. Also at 9:00 a.m. join Ahren Martinez for the arts, crafts, music and good vibes of Family Hour — for parents and children (kindergarten through fifth grade) before the 10:00 a.m. service. At 12:30 p.m. all 20/30’s are warmly invited to the 20/30s January Social at the Congregation Ale House, 300 S Raymond Avenue in Pasadena. At 3:00 p.m. Christ the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 3303 W. Vernon Ave., Leimert Park, will host the Diocesan Service Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Presiding Bishop Michael Curry will keynote a “Power of Love” service. Bishop John Harvey Taylor will welcome Bishop Curry to the service which will feature music by the Episcopal Chorale and is planned to echo Curry’s longstanding international focus on “the Way of Love.” All are invited — in person or online — to the service which will be livestreamed via the diocesan Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/LADiocese/ and YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/EpiscopalDioceseOfLosAngeles.
